  • Eat healthy diet.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Massage scalp with hair oils.
  • Include fruits and green veggies in diet.
  • Use botanical oils like Olive, Jojoba, and sweet almond oils.
  • Avocado can be used to get thicker hairs.
  • Soak 2-3 spoonfuls of fenugreek seeds overnight and grind well. Apply the paste on your hairs and scalp and allow it to sit for 20-30 min. Wash with lukewarm water. You can also use the water that is used to soak the fenugreek seeds. This will result to hair growth when you rinse. Use twice a week.
  • For re growth of your hairs, apply onion juice.
  • Rinse your hairs with lemon juice and allow it to sit for 30-40 min. Wash with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo.
  • Massage with castor oil on your scalp and leave it for 30-45 min. Rinse it off for the best results.
  • Mix 2 tsps of amla juice or amla powder with lime juice. Apply it on your hairs for 20 min. Rinse it off with mild shampoo.
  • Apply aloe Vera gel or oil from each portion of hairs and let it dry. Rinse it off with water.
  • Make a paste of fenugreek seeds and mix it with coconut oil. Apply it for an hour and wash it with a shampoo.
  • Apply bottle gourd juice to your hairs for rest for half n hour. Wash it off thoroughly.
  • Wash your hairs every 2-3 days. Don’t wash it frequently.
  • Use almond oil to treat damaged and dry hairs.
  • Do not tie your hairs too tightly.
  • Get your hairs trimmed at least each six weeks.
