Healthy Innitiative By Saffola

I am joining Saffola #ApneTareekeSeHealthy initiative and sharing my ways of being healthy in association with BlogAdda.

I was very lazy before I get to know about the Saffola initiative, but when I sat at a place alone and silently think on the same, it really did a magic. I am now becoming more active on a healthier side. Whether it comes to healthy eating habit, healthy routine, or any damn healthy habits. Now it has become my habit, the healthier one. I am feeling so happy from inside. This campaign of Saffola #ApneTareekeSeHealthy really shows a way to get yourself into a healthier side and keep yourself strong.

My routine has changed from before, the things I do early morning … starts from My morning drink i.e. Honey Lemon drink. Then I sit near my window from where the suns rays touches my heart. I start Pranayam. After few minutes of pranayam, I go for a jog to a nearby park. I make sure that I have proper and comfortable shoes to jog for. Do few stretching and exercises there. Relax for few mins. Do more exercises. I try to increase my physical activities.Then coming out from park, there are few thela walas where they made few fresh juices like Beet juice, fenugreek, Turmeric juice, Coriander juice, Bitter gourd juice etc and the fresh fruit juices like orange juice, pineapple juice  and one of my favourite Coconut water. So out of all these, I try different ones daily and keep myself healthy. Park time includes few mins of laughing session too.

My breakfast includes fruits like apples, bananas and 2 parathas with Tea (which I cant avoid).

I also drink lots of water to keep myself hydrated.

I always have lots of fruits and veggies. Also limited sweetened items I intake. Making sure to minimise sweet, salt and fat is tough before but now…it’s becoming a habit, rather a healthy habit I can say.

Doing some sport activities with kid at evening time makes me energetic and keeps me busy whole evening. Sometime I ride her bicycle also.

New part is giving a shot to Green tea. Before I was not liking the taste or may be I don’t want to consume. But watching my increase in weight I started from 1 cup a day.

I also take tiny tiny breaks from everything I do.. means my time..Which relaxes my mind and makes it cool.

Taking smaller meals is also a healthy habit but it still needs some more time to get in place.

Good amount of sleep is what I take…somewhat around 8 hours.

Last but not the least, prayers which keeps me calm and motivated.
