Yoga, the best time to spend with yourself and for yourself. Doing yoga makes you fit n healthy. Its a healthy practice for your physical, spiritual and mental development. If we go back and check the history, the word yoga is derived from the root “Yuj” to attach, join, harness, yoke.

Yoga basically means union of body, mind and soul. Yoga must be performed in calm surrounding with the proper arrangements like you can have a yoga mat and then start doing. Going to the park or garden anywhere near nature where we can inhale fresh air is important. Don’t do yoga on bed or either on soft surfaces.

Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move. Just 15 minutes of yoga a day can start changing your brain chemistry and improving your mood. Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
These days people don’t have enough of time for yoga due to their daily tasks, office work and so much of stressful life. But maintaining a good health is much more important than growing just financially. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being .
