  • Choose whole grains. Instead of white rice try Brown.
  • A lemon a day means no fat.
  • Tulsi leaf a day means no cancer.
  • A cup of milk, a day means no bone problem.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Get to bed on time.
  • Learn to relax.
  • Go outside when the sun is out.
  • Breathe fresh air.
